When it’s cold outside and you’re looking to warm up your body in delicious fashion, no drink is more satisfying than a Hot Toddy. It’s a classic amongst the colder climate areas worldwide so there are many variations in the drink's ingredients. Our version of the Hot Toddy consists of bourbon whiskey, hot tea, honey, lemon, star anise, and a cinnamon stick.

As we started this track back in 2012, our friend Rose walked into the studio with two delicious Hot Toddies. We found a pretty warm piano loop, sampled it, and added the audible sweetness and spices on top. Sometimes music can take us to just where we need to go. We hope this track will capture the warmth for you.
